In an occasion in Sep’21, I discussed with Inés Constantin for evaluation of my CV marketing skills and interview strategies. I was in a need of an unbiased evaluation so that to have a career breakthrough.

While discussing with her, we could observe many key factors (e.g. search strategy, skill-set, personal competencies etc.) that affects applications at large. First, she took a Q&A journey to understand my need, interests and present scenario and then she suggested a number of sharp-edged approaches. Her incredibly strong evaluation power helped me to “bend the arrow”. On top of that, she suggested many useful modifications in my CV and due to which my profile could be presented in a better way.
